Take Arnica, Wobenzyme, or Omega-3 capsules.

Avoid inflammation-promoting foods:
– no sugar
– no dairy products (cow’s milk products)
– eat as few gluten-containing foods as possible -
Use protein-rich and anti-inflammatory foods, such as salmon, avocado, olive oil, or even a protein shake.

Take Vitamin D3/K2 as recommended.

Cooling
Alternately cool the surgical area from the outside with a cold pack. Cool for 10 minutes – then rest for 20 minutes. Please repeat this throughout the day. Do not cool too cold! It’s best to keep the cold packs in the refrigerator, not the freezer! Evaporative cooling with a wet washcloth is perfectly sufficient.
Elevate the head.
Do not lie flat after the procedure. It is best to sit in an armchair and alternate cooling. Sleep with a second pillow at night to elevate the head.
Keep blood pressure low.
Avoid anything that raises blood pressure:
– Avoid caffeine (coffee, cola, etc.)
– Avoid exercise (for 1 week)
– Avoid sauna
– Avoid physical exertion
